Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data VAshwini Enterprises, trading as THE2WINS ("we", "us"), collects when you use this website or order from us, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and the choices you have. We are the data fiduciary for this data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and we also comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under both.

What this policy covers

It covers this website and every way you deal with us as a retail customer: WhatsApp, phone, email and Instagram messages, and orders placed through any of them. Wholesale and export business is handled under separate agreements and is not covered here.

What we collect

• When you order or enquire: your name, phone number, delivery address and PIN code, the items and quantities you order, the messages you send us, and the reference of your UPI or bank transfer so we can match your payment to your order. We never ask for, and you should never send, card numbers, PINs, passwords or one-time passcodes.
• When you browse this site: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, how you arrived, the type of device and browser, and an approximate, city-level location. It sets first-party cookies (_ga and_ga_…) that hold a random identifier, not your name, and it does not log or store IP addresses. We run no advertising or remarketing pixels.
• Your cart: items you add to the cart are stored in your own browser's local storage. Nothing reaches us until you choose to send the order message on WhatsApp.

Why we use it

• To confirm, pack, dispatch and deliver your order, and to match your payment to it.
• To answer your questions and keep you informed about the status of your order.
• To handle replacement and refund requests, and to keep the records that Indian tax and food-safety law require us to keep.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so that we can improve it.
• To tell you about new harvests or products — only if you ask us to. Reply "stop" to any such message and we will stop.

We rely on the consent you give when you contact or order from us, and on the legitimate uses the law allows for fulfilling an order you have asked for and meeting our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone. We share it only with the parties needed to serve you:

• India Post, which receives your name, address and phone number on the parcel and for delivery updates.
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), which carries our conversation under its own terms and privacy policy. Messages are end-to-end encrypted in transit.
• Our bank and UPI provider, which process your payment and show us the payer name and transaction reference.
• Google, which processes website analytics on our behalf.
• Government authorities, courts or professional advisers, where the law requires it or a genuine legal claim needs it.

How long we keep it

• Order and payment records — for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, currently up to eight years from the end of the financial year of the order, then deleted.
• Order conversations — for up to 24 months after your last order, so that we can honour replacement claims and recognise you if you order again. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
• Analytics data — held by Google Analytics in aggregate; the identifiers in its cookies are retained for no longer than 14 months.

Your rights and choices

You can, at any time:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
• Ask us to correct or update it.
• Ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it or an order is still in progress.
• Withdraw your consent to promotional messages, or to any other use that rests on consent.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act allows.
• Refuse or delete analytics cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics. The website works fully without them.

Send requests to the email address or WhatsApp number in the contact details below. We acknowledge every request within 48 hours and act on it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

How we protect it

Your details are handled by the family members who confirm, pack and dispatch orders, on a small number of protected devices and accounts, with access limited to the people who need it. We keep no more than we need, for no longer than we need, and we delete rather than archive.

Children

This website and our products are offered to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to place the order.

Links to other services

This site links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps and India Post. Each has its own privacy policy, which applies once you are there.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and its effective date. Changes that affect existing customers will also be mentioned in the order chat.
